Daylight Saving Time Update: Impact on Your Billing
On Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 2:00 AM, Daylight Saving Time will end, and we will “fall back” one hour. This means you will have the opportunity to bill for 25 hours (100 units) on that day.
This adjustment applies to services including Homemaker Personal Care (HPC), On-Site On-Call (OSOC), and Adult Daily Living (ADL).
