Providers who bill DODD claims with a lower rate than the rule rate will ONLY be paid at the lower rate.
For example, if you bill an individual, CODB category 8, an A acuity, $60.75 for a daily rate of Adult Day Support, but that individual’s acuity changed to a B acuity, DODD will only reimburse $60.75 and you will miss out on $48.25 for each day of incorrect billing.
