The NEW MSS (Medicaid Services System) will go live on Monday, June 29. Beginning June 30, providers may start requesting access. Several provider role options will be available, including:
- Admin
- Operations
- Read Only
- Billing Agent
To help providers become familiar with the new MSS, DODD will hold a live webinar on Monday, July 13, from 1:00 PM–2:00 PM.
