Is Your Service Delivery Documentation Up to Date?
DODD provides templates for Service Delivery Documentation and has recently updated the following for the new requirements as of 01/01/25.
- NMT Per Trip Documentation Template
- NMT Per Mile Documentation Template
- HPC/Routine Transportation Template
Although providers are not required to use these, they must ensure all of the required elements are included within the documentation being used!
