TCM activities reimbursable under the state hearing category include the following:
Activities that assist an eligible individual in preparing for a state hearing regarding:
- Reduction of a service outlined in their Individual Service Plan (ISP).
- Termination of a service outlined in their ISP.
- Denial of a service outlined in their ISP.
